By engaging the services of the life coach, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. The coaching sessions are intended to provide guidance and support in personal and professional development, but it is important to note that the life coach is not a licensed therapist or counselor. The client understands that the information shared during sessions is confidential, barring any legal requirements for disclosure. The client is responsible for their own actions and decisions, and the life coach shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from these actions. Payment for services is to be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, and any missed or canceled sessions must be communicated within a reasonable timeframe. The client understands that coaching results may vary and are dependent on individual commitment and effort. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the life coach, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By engaging in our coaching services clients acknowledge that no returns, no refund and no cancellation applies to these programs. Clients agree that the payment made for the coaching program is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
